We got to Seattle in the early evening, checked in to the hotel (right in the downtown) and decided to head over to Pike's Market. This was taken along a random street - I just like the rays.
An alley near the waterfront. More rays!
Nifty sort of building spotted on our walk to the waterfront.
For some reason, this freeway, taken from the waterfront, looked much better in B+W. I don't know what freeway it is, though.
Pirosky Piroshky! We ate here for breakfast the next day - oh man, DELICIOUS AND AWESOME. I've had homemade piroshky before, but these were...ahhhhhh *drool*
Random wall in Post Alley, which is accessible from Pike's Market.
The gum wall in Post Alley, kind of like the one in SLO, only a little less gum. There was a stand up comedy club near here we tried to go to, but it was closed.
I found this at a newsstand in Pike's Market. Herrow!

This guy was freaking amazing. He was playing the guitar, hula hooping, and either singing or playing the harmonica at the same time. Nice guy too - we talked to him for a while before moving on. |
